These custom 3-wave washers were manufactured domestically in the USA using DFARS compliant 301 stainless steel material. The outside diameter was set to 1.325″ and the inside diameter to .975″. Raw material thickness was at 0.05″ +/-.015. Full certs were provided with the parts for our aerospace customer.

These custom precision machined electronics parts were manufactured for our customer using 360 Brass Alloy material. All production was done domestically in the USA with full certs. The larger OD was set to .280″ +/-.005″ and the smaller OD was set to .250″ with the same tolerance. Overall thickness was set to .050″.
