We supplied our customer a short run supply of these custom slotted pins with partial 6-32 thread. Just over 200 pieces were produced domestically using 304 stainless steel material. The 6-32 thread length was set at 0.18″ and all other dimensions were derived from the samples our customer provided us. These parts were relatively simple without any special services or paperwork requirements.

Large quantities of these custom made partially threaded pins would be best supplied on a 12 month blanket purchase order basis. The Blanket Order concept allows the customer to access the large quantity cost savings without paying upfront for the entire large quantity order. Instead we take on the burden of carrying the bulk inventory and only release the parts as needed, or often on a pre-scheduled basis provided by the customer.
