We had approximately 1,300 pieces of these custom 316 stainless steel shoulder bolts produced domestically in the USA with thread locking patch. The shoulder measured 3/8″ by 1″ in length and the thread was rolled to 5/16-18. Full certs were provided with the parts and the lead time was approximately 8-10 weeks from order confirmation.

These custom partial thread socket shoulder bolts were manufactured for our automotive customer using 18-8 stainless steel material and cold formed 3/16 hex socket drive. Approximately .50″ of 5/16-18 thread was incorporated and the shoulder measured .312″ in diameter at 1.25″ in length. The threaded section was turned down prior to thread roll operation.

These custom extended dog point set screws were manufactured using 4140 alloy steel material with zinc clear finish. 6-32 thread was rolled at .150″ in length and a 1/16″ hex socket drive was incorporated. These custom domestic alloy steel socket head screws were manufactured domestically for our customer that needed DFARS compliant 10-32 X 1-3/8 parts. 4140 alloy steel material was used, heat treated to Rc 37-44 and finished with black oxide. All dimensions were per IFI standard and full certs were included with the parts.
