These custom 1/4-20 A286 stainless steel hex nuts were manufactured domestically for our aerospace/drone manufacturing customer. DFARS compliant material was used for the production and the hex nuts were made to a 7/16 across the flats specification and 7/32 in height. Full certs were provided with the parts.

These custom hex nuts were manufactured using low carbon steel material per ASME B18.2.2 with zinc clear finish. The thin height of the nuts were set to .094″ +/- .005″ and across the flats dimension to a 3/8″ hex. Standard chamfers were incorporated with light chamfer on both sides of the tapped holes.

These custom domestic left hand 1/2-20 thread jam nuts were manufactured in the USA using DFARS compliant 316 stainless steel material to AN316C8L requirements. The hex nuts were passivated per AMS QQ-P-35 with our NADCAP certified facility and proof load tested per FF-N-836E. Full certs were provided with the parts per customer requirements.

These custom M80 and M45 thread large flange nuts were manufactured for our EV automotive customer using Class 8.8 steel material with black phosphate finish. 180 degree nylon internal patch was applied to complete the parts per print. Full certs and level III PPAP were provided with parts per our customer specifications.
