These custom precision machined electronics parts were manufactured for our customer using 360 Brass Alloy material. All production was done domestically in the USA with full certs. The larger OD was set to .280″ +/-.005″ and the smaller OD was set to .250″ with the same tolerance. Overall thickness was set to .050″.

These custom grade 8 countersunk hex flange bolts were manufactured for our automotive after market manufacturing customer with zinc yellow finish. Partial 1/2-13 thread was rolled and the length under the hex (inclusive of the countersunk portion) was set to 2-3/4″. Full certs were made available with the parts.

We manufactured these custom left hand thread hex head bolts for our customer to grade 5 requirements in plain thermal black oxide finish. They measured LH 3/4-10 x 2″ in length with the hex head measuring 1.100-1.125″ across the flats. Head height was set to .483-.455″. Full certs were made available with the parts.
