This part is very much like the 6-32 X 1/4 vented socket head cap screws shown in an earlier post and this special invar 36 socket head cap screw was also purchased by a university student at a relatively small quantity.  In quantities of 20-100 pieces the lead time for special socket cap screws with these parameters is approximately 1-2 weeks, with rush service available upon request.  The parts were made domestically in the United States and material certs, manufacturer certificate of conformance, and dimensional reports are available upon request.
