Project Description

We were presented with the challenge of having 12 custom Invar socket cap screws made out of Invar 36 material to a provided print in a relatively short period of time – Invar 36 material is essentially a 36% nickel iron alloy material.  This material is typically used for applications where dimensional properties must be maintained across a broad range of temperatures.  We were able to have the parts produced and delivered within 3 weeks of order date.  While in this specific case no certifications were required, various documentation (material certs, C of C, dimensional reports, etc) would have been available to the customer if requested and required.
