These are custom drilled stainless steel socket set screws made using 303 stainless steel, passivated to Mil QQ-P-35 Type II.  The pins measure 10-32 X .415″ +/-.010 and are drilled at a diameter of .126 +.005/-.000 to a depth of .250 +/-.005.  We supply them at orders of approximately 1,000 pieces per release and the custom parts are made domestically in the USA.  DFAR certification is available upon request, along with passivation certifications and dimensional testing reports.  On orders with larger quantities involved we are open to setting up 12 -18 month blanket purchase orders with full release flexibility over the course of the blanket order term.
