Project Description

These are custom captive screws measuring 10-32 X 2-3/8 manufactured in the United States using 18-8 stainless steel material.  It has a standard pan head with a phillips drive and is partially threaded to act as a captive/panel screw.  An o-ring is incorporated on each screw to our customer’s specifications.  We have carried this part on a blanket as-released purchase order basis for the same customer for over five years.  The Blanket Order concept allows the customer to access these cost savings without paying upfront for the entire large quantity order. Instead we take on the burden of carrying the bulk inventory and only release the parts as needed, or often on a pre-scheduled basis provided by the customer.
