Project Description
We supplied our customer that manufactures fire pump equipment with these custom 17-4ph precision dowel pins using 100% domestic production with DFARS compliant raw material and full certs – material certs, heat treat certs, and a certificate of conformance. The pins were produced to a diameter of .1249-.1251″ and overall length of .670-.675″ with equal spherical radii on both sides. Parts went through heat treatment to achieve the Rc36 hardness minimum requirement.
