We supply these custom type B sheet metal screws to a long time customer on an as-needed blanket purchase order basis. It is a #12-11 sheet metal screw at 1-1/4 inches in length with a leader point incorporated per customer specifications. Low carbon steel, case hardened, is used with a commercial zinc and clear chromate finish. This custom screw is made in the USA with an initial lead time of approximately 4-6 weeks. The internal part number is BCPLP-1220-B. Material and plating certs are available upon request and with larger volumes overseas production is also an option, although at significantly longer lead times.
