Project Description
These custom precision machined washers were manufactured for our electronics customer using 6061-T651 aluminum material with a flash hard anodize finish. The ID was set to 1.015-1.005″ and OD at 1.625″. One of the corners required a R.062 machined radius and the washer thickness had to be between .125″ and .135″. Full certs were provided with the parts.
