These custom narrow flat washers are very similar to the other narrow 304 stainless steel flat washer posted some days ago.  It is made in the USA using 302 stainless steel in quantities of 1,000-1,500 pieces at a time and carries an approximate 4-5 week lead time.  The dimensions are as follows: ID of .7180, OD of .9680, and Thickness of .0630.  We typically supply this custom washer on a revolving annual blanket purchase order basis.  The Blanket Order concept allows the customer to access these cost savings without paying upfront for the entire large quantity order. Instead we take on the burden of carrying the bulk inventory and only release the parts as needed, or often on a pre-scheduled basis provided by the customer.
