These are one of hundreds of custom metric socket cap screws we supply our customer base, with the unthreaded shoulder measuring 21mm while limiting the thread length to 10mm.  Coarse M6 thread was used for the threaded portion and the part is manufactured using 303 stainless steel domestically in the United States.  In this specific case photographed we actually manufactured only a small number of parts to the customer’s requirements, at less than 20 pieces.
