These are custom flat socket head cap screws manufactured domestically using 18-8 stainless steel material. The production run was relatively low in quantity at approximately 10,000 pcs, with a standard non-expedited lead time of 6-7 weeks. Material certs, certificate of conformance, and passivation certs to QQ-P-35 were provided with the parts.

Large quantities of these custom made flat socket head cap screws would be best supplied on a 12 month blanket purchase order basis. The Blanket Order concept allows the customer to access the large quantity cost savings without paying upfront for the entire large quantity order. Instead we take on the burden of carrying the bulk inventory and only release the parts as needed, or often on a pre-scheduled basis provided by the customer.
