These are custom hex jack screws manufactured in the United States, with full dimensions at 4/40 X 3/16.  The parts were made using steel material with nickel plating secondary service, as well as nylon patch application per customer’s specifications.  We can provide this part in both domestic and overseas versions, with lead time varying from 40 to 150 days depending on which version the customer prefers.  For larger volume we can also work out  blanket purchase order arrangement.  The Blanket Order concept allows the customer to access the large quantity cost savings without paying upfront for the entire large quantity order. Instead we take on the burden of carrying the bulk inventory and only release the parts as needed, or often on a pre-scheduled basis provided by the customer.
