We supply our diverse customer base countless custom flat washers, mostly on blanket as-released purchase order basis.  This is a custom 304 stainless steel flat washer made in the USA to an inside diameter of .600, outside diameter of .872, and thickness of .047 inches.  Typical lead time for this washer in 10,000 to 100,000 piece orders is at approximately 6 weeks.  If a blanket purchase order is arranged only the initial release carries a lead time.  The Blanket Order concept allows the customer to access these cost savings without paying upfront for the entire large quantity order. Instead we take on the burden of carrying the bulk inventory and only release the parts as needed, or often on a pre-scheduled basis provided by the customer.
